Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Tier 2 Technician, to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

CLEARANCE

• TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph (existing clearance required to start)

LOCATION

• Annapolis Junction, MD

OVERVIEW

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.
• Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.
• Provide remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites.
• Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow up on problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure.
• Coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Mandatory:
  • Experience with hardware, remote assistance, and remote desktop.
  • Education:
    • High School or GED with 10 years of experience; or
    • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience.
• Certifications:
  • IAT Level 1 certification required.
  • CompTIA A+ CE or CompTIA Network+ CE.
