Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Database Services Engineer, to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

CLEARANCE

• TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph (existing clearance required to start)

LOCATION

• Annapolis Junction, MD

OVERVIEW

• Responsible for the design and development of voice, video, radio frequency, and/or data communications networks.
• Design, plan, implement, and administer databases, including security, access, and documentation.
• Design, develop, build, analyze, evaluate, install, and administer database management systems, including database modeling and design, relational database architecture, metadata, and repository creation and configuration management.
• Design and implement databases concerning access methods, access time, batch processes, device allocation, validation checks, organization, ETL tasks, protection and security, documentation, and statistical methods.
• Provide technical consulting in defining, designing, and creating database environments.
• Analyze customer requirements and provide technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Mandatory:
  • Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Education:
    • High School or GED with 19 years of experience; or
    • Bachelor's degree with 14 years of experience.
  • Certification:
    • Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA).
• Certifications:
  • IAT Level 2 certification required.
  • CompTIA Security+ CE.
