Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Trellix ePO System Admin, to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

CLEARANCE

• TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph (existing clearance required to start)

LOCATION

• Annapolis Junction, MD

OVERVIEW

• Install and configure required Trellix products, including but not limited to Trellix Endpoint Security (ENS) Client, ENS Firewall, Threat Prevention, and Access Protection on enterprise Microsoft and Linux endpoints.
• Maintain malware security compliance and troubleshoot/resolve issues remotely via the Trellix ePO console.
• Support system administrators in resolving desktop or server problems and requests, such as software installations.
• Assist with the daily DAT file ingest/deployment cycle.
• Ensure the ePO infrastructure functions properly with PKI-based authentication, corporate authorization services, firewalls, and SSL/TLS communications.
• Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of industry best practices and standards for maintaining malware enterprise technologies.
• Assist with installing, testing, and deploying hotfixes/patches for Trellix product releases to manage enterprise vulnerabilities.
• Develop knowledge articles, documentation, and work instructions used by the malware, server, desktop teams, Tier 2/3 Help Desk technicians, and remote/deployed units.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Mandatory:
  • Direct experience in the implementation, administration, and configuration of Trellix ePO in a global enterprise environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Trellix Endpoint Security (ENS) products.
  • Education:
    • High School or GED with 25 years of experience; or
    • Bachelor's degree with 20 years of experience.
• Certifications:
  • IAT Level 2 certification required.
  • CompTIA Security+ CE.

• Experience with NetApp OnTap.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Trellix Endpoint Removal and Endpoint Storage Scanning Protection.
