Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Information Technology (IT) Project Manager, to join our team in Springfield, Virginia.

CLEARANCE

• Active TS/SCI clearance (existing clearance required to start)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph

LOCATION

• Springfield, VA

OVERVIEW

• Support the Office of the CIO and report directly to the IT Program Manager.
• Responsible for leading efforts to deliver projects spanning multiple functional areas and directorates.
• Facilitate and implement all facets of project leadership and delivery, including planning, execution, communications, and governance compliance.
• Leverage resources, assign tasks, set deadlines, monitor project progression, summarize, and deliver project status.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ingest internal and external requirements, determine interdependencies, define project success criteria, manage change, and mitigate/manage risk throughout the project lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience managing complex and high-risk projects, including Agile/Waterfall projects with multiple components.
• Proven ability to coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget, and scope.
• Ability to elicit and document functional and technical requirements for business technical process transformation.
• Experience identifying and managing interdependencies across directorates and functional areas.
• Experience with IT Service Management duties such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, and Change Management, particularly in ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical matters.
• Expertise in tracking milestones, dependencies, tasks, and effort levels to ensure quality and value.
• Experience developing concepts of operations and project management documentation.
• Meet the minimum credential requirements for Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) positions.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

NICE TO HAVE

• Master's degree in Information Systems Management or equivalent.
• Advanced ITIL certifications or training.
• Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense, and Department of Navy IT policies and practices.
