Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Developer, to join our team in McLean, VA.

Overview

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform, including, but not limited to: ITSM, SPM, PPM, APW, CMDB, ITOM/ITAM, CSM, ATF, DevSecOps, Service Portal, HR Module, Change Management, Custom Development, etc.. 

• Develop and unit test, conduct code reviews, and assist in building the pipeline for continuous integration/continuous delivery

• Customize ServiceNow applications, facilitate roll-out of new applications and modules, and configure application UI, workflow, and API

• Maintain configuration management on the ServiceNow platform across all environments

• Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators for solution development and general configuration updates/requests

• Engage with Mission Partners to define IT goals and advise on re-engineering of business processes to meet those goals

• Provide expertise in standards and validations (e.g., ISO 9000)

• Facilitate group sessions, conduct interviews, provide training, and transfer knowledge

• Coordinate between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of re-engineering efforts

• Promote awareness training and implementation of business processes

• Develop process documentation, testing materials, workflows, and work plans

• Lead and/or participate in requirements presentations to leadership and Mission Partners as needed

• Coordinate across various departments to accomplish project tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related IT experience

• ServiceNow certification, preferably Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• Familiarity with best practices across commercial and federal sectors for workflow and process management

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with industry partners

• Efficient and appropriate estimation of work effort requirements

• Effective communicator in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with scrum and agile development frameworks including task management, stand-ups, sprint reviews, requirements gathering, and documentation

Nice To Have

• Configuration Management experience and relevant certifications

• Graphics design or UX/UI design experience

• Experience with HTML/CSS and Jelly scripting

• Prior experience within the Intelligence Community
