Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented IT Systems Engineer to join our team in Chantilly, VA

Clearance

Overview

• Design and develop ServiceNow system architecture, including hardware and software components, to meet functional requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and manage system requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Document system requirements, configurations, procedures, and best practices
• Install, configure, and deploy server resources provided by third-party cloud services and software updates
• Create technical documentation for system configurations and maintain system-related reports
• Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols that ensure detailed project documentation
• Document all system configuration changes in accordance with Information Systems Security best practices

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products
• Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter
• Strong documentation and verbal communication skills to collaborate with and convey focused messages to stakeholders, customers, domain experts, program managers, and teammates encompassing architecture, high-level and detailed system designs
• Experience in deploying, configuring, and maintaining enterprise-level IT systems such as ServiceNow
• Experience deploying cloud-based enterprise-level applications in AWS and Azure
• Experience with Linux administration and deployed Linux-based systems
• Experience with system upgrades, patching, and regular IT system maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Security+ Certification
