Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Business Support Specialist, to join our team.

LOCATION

OVERVIEW
- Deliver Single Tenant accounts SLA reports using tools including ServiceNow, Focused Run, Excel, and MS Word
- Focus on SLA reporting during the first half of each month
- Produce monthly SLA reports for customers using tools such as ServiceNow, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
- Manage large-scale technical projects covering cross-functional teams, including technical project planning, monitoring, and controlling project performance
- Assist Program Manager to implement portfolio, program, and project management best practices
- Communicate report and project status, issues, and risks in a timely manner to stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and managers
- Help manage Change Control, Issues, and Risks to ensure timely project implementation, including conducting risk assessments, identifying roadblocks, and driving mitigations/solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve Project Management Methodologies and influence organizational process improvement
- Contribute to development and maintenance of PMO standards, processes, and best practices
- Assist with developing, updating, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures documentation
- Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external partners
- Contribute independently and resolve complex issues
- Communicate relevant messages in a timely and constructive manner to colleagues and managers
- Train diverse groups of individuals on established procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ year of analytical and technical project/program management experience
- 1+ years of experience in Cloud/IT operations, software engineering, systems engineering, or similar
- 1+ years of experience within an SAP environment
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, including Excel
- High standard of work ethic and quality
- Experience working with highly technical teams
- Strong proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project

- Experience with ServiceNow
- Clear understanding of business process and SaaS cloud technical requirements
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage and shift competing priorities
