Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Restore System Administrator, to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD

CLEARANCE

• TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph (existing clearance required to start)

LOCATION

• Annapolis Junction, MD

OVERVIEW

• Assist in the restoration of files, profiles, and mailboxes using backup applications such as NetBackup, Avamar, and Commvault
• Willing to work in a data center to facilitate tape movements for data restores
• Assist customers with file management, profile standards, and email organization
• Demonstrate knowledge of profile and permission structures
• Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align with SLA requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED with 15+ years of IT-related work experience OR bachelor's degree with 10+ years of IT-related work experience
• Proficiency in:
  • Restoring files, profiles, and mailboxes using backup applications like NetBackup, Avamar, and Commvault
  • File management, profile standards, and email organization
  • Profile and permission structures
  • Resolution and ticket handling to meet SLAs
• Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level 1 certification requirements (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE)
